Our Company
Technical Engineering Consultants, LLC is a privately-held multi-discipline engineering firm serving the oil and gas, marine, and petrochemical industries. For more than 35 years our collaborative team of experienced individuals has delivered solutions that are technically sound, safe to operate, environmentally responsible, financially feasible, and schedule considerate. We perform all phases of engineering and project management in-house (from conceptual design through start-up and commissioning.) Be it overseas or stateside, greenfield or brown, our approach is the same: We use our versatility to add value to your assets.
Our History
TEC was founded in 1984 by two structural engineers who designed offshore platforms for independent producers in the Gulf of Mexico. Their innovative solutions and their “no job too small” mindset earned us a reputation for being qualified, responsive, and accountable. Today, we provide all of the required disciplines for the exploration, transportation, processing, blending, metering, and storage of various products for a long list of companies of every size around the world. Our core values continue to serve us well and we remain a family business at heart.
